Jam Making and Hygiene Workshop

This workshop was organized by our association and carried out by Konya Metropolitan Municipality Agricultural Services Directory team on 16th of October 2017.

First part consisted of making jams and fruit juices. Several tasks were distributed among the participants to create a better learning environment.

Second part consisted of the hygiene and packaging workshop. This workshop included information on proper conservation of food, proper handling of frozen food, using dairy products, keeping fruits and vegetables fresh for longer periods, drying fruits and vegetables, proper conservation of meat products.
